敷地全体を島に見立てると、この地点は岬の先端であり、船にとっての水先案内人である灯台が位置する場所になります。この作品は、灯台に灯される光をイメージし、３枚の金属の羽を立てて光を集め、ガラスの輪の中央から天空に光を照射するモニュメントです。 この「光の滝」は、建物へと通じる「光の径」と共に周囲の緑の水と呼応し合い、人々に憩いを感じさせる新しいランドマークとなっています。

If one considers the area of this urban redevelopment as an island, this work is placed on the tip of the island, the area where a lighthouse would be placed. The work references the light of the lighthouse, joining three metal wings to gather the light and shoot a spotlight up through a hole in a glass ceiling. Light Fall is joined to Light Passage which leads up to the apartments, and this cluster becomes related to the water and the green nearby.
